HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Answer: Below is our estimated delivery timeline:


  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days

  • Transit Time: 6–8 business days

  • Estimated Delivery Window: 7–10 business days

All major payment methods are accepted, including credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Afterpay, and Zip Pay.

After entering shipping details and selecting a shipping method, the Afterpay option will appear on the next checkout page. Add items to the cart, proceed to payment, and select Afterpay to complete the purchase.

After an order is placed, please allow 12–24 hours for processing. Fulfilment centres prepare and dispatch items as quickly as possible. Once the order has been shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent.

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

Orders are typically processed within 24–72 hours, and in some cases sooner. Requests to modify or cancel an order should be submitted as soon as possible. While attempts can be made to accommodate changes, this may not be possible once the order has been fulfilled or dispatched.

If an order has already shipped, it may no longer be eligible for changes or cancellation. For questions or assistance while an order is in transit, customer support is available via email.
